What we do
Hire Cali Renderings for the design alone, or for the design and the coordination of the full remodel. Either way, Andres makes the design decisions and stays with them through installation.
Space planning, materials, cabinetry, lighting, furnishings, drawings, and 3D renderings for a whole home or a few key rooms.
Whole-home renovations with design, selections, and construction coordination handled by one person.
Also available: kitchen and bathroom remodeling, 3D renderings and virtual tours, and construction project management.
Selected projects
Specialty
Kitchens carry many of the projects in the portfolio: olive green Italian cabinetry with Dekton surfaces at 52 Riverside, a 10 foot island in a Westwood penthouse, two islands for a mountain family home at Summitridge, and a kitchen opened to the dining room at Verbena.
Andres plans the layout first, then designs the cabinetry, chooses stone or porcelain for the counters and backsplash, and integrates appliances and lighting so the room works as one piece.
How it works
You know the scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees in writing before design work begins.
We talk through the home, the rooms involved, your goals, and timing.
A written proposal lists the scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees.
Layouts, drawings, mood boards, and material selections.
3D renderings let you see key rooms before anything is ordered or built.
Andres works with contractors, fabricators, and vendors on budget, schedule, and quality.
Cabinetry, surfaces, fixtures, lighting, and furnishings are installed and checked against the design.
The designer
Architectural Designer and founder of Cali Renderings.
Andres founded Cali Renderings in Beverly Hills and built his practice designing homes in Los Angeles, Malibu, and the Lake Tahoe area. He now works from South Florida.
Clients hire him when they want one person to guide both the design and the construction of their home: someone who selects the materials, draws the details, and then works with the builder and trades until the details are built.
