This oceanfront Mediterranean estate of about 10,000 square feet has private beach access and interiors that open to the water through French doors and balconies.

The house is defined by its craftsmanship: marble columns, marble floors with onyx inlays, imported French wood inlay flooring, Venetian plaster, intricate moldings, custom millwork, and a wood-paneled office. The kitchen has a La Cornue range, an island that seats ten, and pecky cypress coffered ceilings that continue into the family room.

Outside, a covered loggia with a fireplace and marble columns, hand-painted tile, a courtyard pool and spa, and imported bronze fixtures complete the estate.
