A Lake Tahoe residence where contemporary architecture is warmed with natural stone, large-format porcelain, wood, and layered textures.

Lakeshore pairs contemporary architecture with warm materials and careful detailing. The interiors were planned for continuity from room to room, natural light, and everyday comfort.

Andres developed the interior design with natural stone, large-format porcelain, warm wood, custom cabinetry, architectural lighting, refined metals, and textured fabrics. Each material was judged on durability, craftsmanship, and how it meets the finishes around it.

Cosentino features the project on its website and lists Dekton surfaces for the countertops, floors, and cladding.
