Andres Gonzalez

Andres Gonzalez founded Cali Renderings in Beverly Hills. Over his years in California he designed interiors, kitchens, and renovations for homes in Los Angeles, Malibu, and the Lake Tahoe area, including a Silver Lake new build, a Century City renovation, a Westwood penthouse kitchen, and the Lakeshore residence at Lake Tahoe with Corbel Architects.

He has also worked in Florida, contributing to the design layout, architectural drawings, and detailing of an oceanfront estate in Palm Beach and helping design the Big Dog Ranch Rescue campus in Loxahatchee Groves. He now works from South Florida, focused on interior design and full remodeling in Miami, Palm Beach, Southwest Ranches, and Fort Lauderdale.

In a 2025 interview with VoyageLA, Andres said he graduated from the School of Architecture at the University of Miami, and that his interest in the field began as a child watching his father draft construction plans at home.

How he works

Andres starts by listening: how the family lives, what is not working, and what the home should feel like. From there he takes on the design decisions himself, from the plan layout to the stone, cabinetry, lighting, and furniture.

On most projects he also coordinates the people who build the work: manufacturers, fabricators, consultants, the builder, and subcontractors. That continuity is the reason clients hire him. The person who chose the materials is the person checking how they meet on site.

He works with American, Italian, and European manufacturers for cabinetry, surfaces, lighting, furniture, and fixtures, and uses 3D visualization throughout so clients can see decisions before they are built.
