A boutique building of nine apartments with Euro-style cabinetry, durable kitchen surfaces, designer lighting, and soundproofing between units.

A boutique multifamily building of nine condo-style apartments. Each residence has tile flooring, designer lighting, generous closets, and individually controlled climate systems.

Andres designed the kitchens around Euro-style cabinetry, durable surfaces, and quality appliances, and paid close attention to privacy and acoustics, specifying soundproofing membranes between floors and shared walls.
