This corner residence looks out over Los Angeles. Spanish limestone floors, wide-plank French oak, and a primary suite with two walk-in closets set the tone.

Andres designed the kitchen as the center of the home: an Italian-inspired Miele kitchen with a 10 foot island, premium cabinetry, and high-end appliances, planned for cooking, entertaining, and its relationship to the living spaces around it.
