Interior and kitchen design
Clean Lines
A new three-level home in Los Angeles with city views, Italian cabinetry, and a marble fireplace.
This new home is built around natural light and city views. High ceilings, skylights, warm wood floors, and large sliding glass doors open the interiors to an outdoor deck.
Andres developed the material palette and a modern kitchen with soft-close custom Italian cabinetry, refined countertops, and stainless steel appliances, flowing into the living room and its marble fireplace. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the primary suite has an oversized shower.
An elevator, a flexible ADU for live/work use, generous storage, and an EV-ready two-car garage complete the house.
